Renewal of Vows
Guiness Book of Records

On Sept 16 2007 at Centennial Park Sydney, I had the privilege of conducting a Renewal of Vows for over 270 couples!  The event was sponsored by Virgin Money and Mix 106.5 as part of their Everlasting Love promotion.

It was a fantastic day – full of emotion, love and joy.  Even tears (of happiness of course) were on hand, and not just from the Brides!

Some couples went all out and wore their wedding outfits and were surprised that they still fitted – well some of them did, there were a few safety pins employed.

The longest married couple, Bill and Glenys, had been married for 57 years and were still very much in love.

The event will be recorded in the Guiness Book of Records which is very exciting.
